OUR MISSION

Career Dreams' mission is to make it possible for each student to identify his or her unique talents, passions and career dreams while accepting the continuing responsibilities of working with one’s self and others in achieving those dreams. Career Dreams joins students, teachers, administrators, parents and the community in an educational process where goals are achieved.

Strategic Initiatives: We now seek to demonstrate the effectiveness of Career Dreams in schools. We will show how our user-friendly technology, by fostering responsibility, respect, and leadership, can 1) enhance test scores, attendance, and staff and parental involvement; and 2) reduce drop out rates and behavioral problems. We will also design and implement a comprehensive evaluation of our programs. So that we, and our many constituencies will know the extent to which we have succeeded.
